Our Policies were created with you the client in mind. These inform you of our expectations in the organization process.

  • Guarantee: You will make progress toward your goal for the space during the session, if you are not satisfied, let us know and we will leave at no charge to you.
  • Cancellation: You must notify us by e-mail or voicemail at least 48 hours before our session. If you fail to do so we will charge you a rescheduling fee of $75.
  • Scheduling: Due to the high demand, we serve our clients on the weekends, on a first come first serve basis. Holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day & New Year’s Eve/Day) and Emergency (less than 4 hour notice) are subject to an increased fee.
  • Agreement: We have a letter of agreement for you to read & sign before we begin our first session.
  • Photos: We take before and after photos for your file history, they will only be used on our website or handouts with your signed consent.
  • Sessions: Our sessions are a min of 4 hours and a maximum of 9 hours.
  • Fees: We charge by the hour. Discounted packages are available. (Ways to Save/Give download)
  • Payment: Is due same day of service, by cash, check or American Express
  • Responsibility: Our Organizers are not liable for suggestions made as - the client- will always have the final say.
  • Discretion: Our organizers are mostly female and we ask our clients to have a female presence in the location of service.

  • Consultation $50 -
    On-site 30 min discussion and discovery of client’s needs (applied to job if hired)
  • Design $150
    Measurement, space drawing, suggested furniture items
  • Home Filing System $80
    Household and Financial labeled Hanging Folders, File Index on CD & File Folders
  • Research & Shopping $50 per/hour
    Gathering and Comparing prices of items for solutions
  • Organizing $75 per hour* (Holiday/Emergency $100 per hour)
    On-site sorting, relocation, organizational system implementation
  • Organizing with Assistant $100 per hour
    (Recommended for projects with pressing deadline)
  • Move Organizing $50 per man/hour
    Teams of two or more Professional Organizers. Organized Unpacking after the move in 2 to 3 days.
